VIROO at Congreso FP Empresa: XR for every educational center

At the XII Congreso FP Empresa in Santander, Spain, VIROO showed how immersive learning can become real infrastructure for Vocational Education and Training (VET) centers and universities.

Joined by Isostopy, creators of high-quality XR content, and HP with its reliable Z by HP workstations, delivering the performance needed for demanding 3D, data and AI-driven training, we presented a complete XR ecosystem ready for real classroom use.

XR for vocational training across Spain

We demonstrated how our platform supports:

• Multi-user, multi-platform experiences, device-agnostic across XR headsets, desktops, and laptops.
• Private-cloud architecture that keeps student data under school control.

More than 90 centers and universities are already using VIROO for teaching.

Attendees from technical, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, administration, and other VET families experienced how the same XR infrastructure can adapt to different curricula, from industrial workflows to soft skills or service-oriented environments.

A real ecosystem, not a one-off demo

Congreso FP Empresa served as a space for collaboration collaboration together HP with Intel® through FPinnova.com, an initiative that brings real HP technology for learning environments, such as enterprise simulation tools, into vocational education classrooms by combining high-performance hardware and software.

This collaboration between HP and Intel® through FPinnova.com and VIROO enables vocational training centers to introduce technologies used in professional environments, helping bridge the gap between education and industry.

HP Z workstations, powered by Intel® Core™ Ultra and Intel® Xeon® processors, provide a versatile platform, capable of supporting both the streaming of immersive VR experiences delivered by VIROO across Spain’s network of vocational excellence centers and real data science and AI workloads.

Immersive Rooms with HP

VIROO is not only about XR sessions on individual headsets. One of the key pieces of our ecosystem is VIROO Rooms: full-scale, multi-user immersive rooms where VET centers can train groups of students simultaneously using XR headsets and HP workstations.

This collaboration integrates HP hardware, Isostopy XR content, and VIROO management into a single, coherent learning space.

Isostopy provides high-quality, customizable XR content for VET -aligned scenarios.
VIROO manages users, sessions, and content distribution, enabling centers to scale XR across classrooms and families.

All of this results in secure, scalable, and effective learning environments that accelerate the acquisition of practical employability skills.

What our educational XR platform VIROO does not do

VIROO does not force centers into a closed content library.

VET centers and universities can:

• Create XR content directly in VIROO Studio.
• Reuse or request custom content from partners like Isostopy.
• Keep all created assets as their own, and reuse or share them across their VET families as they wish.

This openness is why VIROO is already being adopted by centers in Spain across a wide range of vocational training areas.

Custom content for custom needs

Working on the back of an open platform, companies such as Isostopy can help vocational training centers by designing highly specific simulations that suit their educational needs.
